Daily Dog Activity Timetable

Doggy Daycare is more than simply putting your dogs in a room for the day. Daycare is a structured environment that provides your dog physical stimualtion, mental stimulation and socialisation. This is done each day through a variety of planned activities and games, that cater not only for your dogs age and size, but also the breed.

7am - 9am

Welcoming and FREE play

From the time we open, dogs have the opportunity to enter and meet the 'pack'. When the dog arrives they are not placed directly into the daycare area, but introduced through a process that ensures the greatest safety for the dog and also a calm environment.

After their introduction the dogs are free to play and explore the area and get to have fun whilst being supervised by our team. Our team will also be interacting with the dogs, getting to know their personalities and preparing them for the structured activities to follow.

9am - 12pm

Activities

Over the next 3 hours the dogs are able to participate in a range of activities that are aimed to:

  • Exercise the dog

  • Mentally stimulate the dog

  • support the socialisation of dogs

The activities include agility courses, games, hide-and-seek, Simon says, Follow the Leader, fun with toys and many more. The activities change depending upon the 'pack' that is attending on the day and the health of the dogs. Our team members are trained to ensure that activities cater for your dog, no matter what the age, health or breed.

12pm - 1.30pm

'Down Time'

After a morning of activities, its important that the dogs have an opportunity to rest and recover both physically and mentally. Many dogs take the chance to have a sleep on the beds, cushions or platforms.

This time is important for the pack to re-energise for the afternoon's activities.

Farewell and FREE play

This time allows for dogs to relax after the second activities session. It is also the time for when many dogs leave and we ensure that all dogs leave in a calm state. This time is also used for additional socialisation between dogs due to the calm nature of the pack and the settled approach by our trainers.
